SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping rates are subject to change. Shipping discount conditions are subject to change. Free Shipping is applied after discount & before taxes. Offer valid for items shipped within the lower 48 US states. Normal shipping rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska and other countries.
We ship within 1-5 business days, excluding November and December during the holiday rush where on rare occasions it may take up to 7 days. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the control of USPS or UPS and we are not accountable for prolonged shipping delays. Weather and high volumes of shipments can disrupt the delivery carriers’ window for delivery, therefore providing potentially inaccurate delivery estimates. If you have a time window you need your package by, we suggest you choose priority shipping for expedited service as its estimate is more reliable. Thank you for understanding.
Moon Valley Organics is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment/delivery. All shipping options offered include insurance, so if your package was shipped with a tracking number please file a claim for a lost package with carrier. Furthermore, if a package shows as delivered but is not where your postal or UPS carrier typically delivers packages to you, please inquire with your carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To our international customers: Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for product delivery due to international customs regulations.
If you tend to purchase products for home delivery on a regular basis, please consider signing up for "Informed Delivery" with the USPS. It is free and allows you to track the progress of most mail and packages being delivered to you via the postal service.

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will issue a full refund + new shipping labels for the products to be returned to our company.
